 Q: Will Party Planning by Design commit to your budget and not push you in the direction of things you simply can't afford?


A:
Yes, we commit to your budget.  This is your day and you call the shots!  We never force a client to spend more than they can afford.  My concerns are with my client’s satisfaction with everything right down to our relationship!
 

Q: Will we devise a plan mapping out all the little details, from announcement to detailed decor?

A:
Yes.  We believe that having a plan with anything in life is a great way to stay organized.  We have plans for every detail.  No one wants a disorganized party planner!


Q: Can we find the best and most original locations in your area (that would be suitable to your party size, style, and budget)?

A:
Yes, we do.  We search many websites and contact many vendors depending on your budget and what type of venue you desire (e.g. – historical building, country club, farm, etc.).  We always make sure to accommodate your budget and your style.



A:
Yes, we do.  We can handle all the invitations from start to finish.  Whatever you need us to help with.

Q: Will the coordinator be willing to step in as your advocate, conveying your visions and desires to vendors when you don't feel up to the task?

A:
 We make sure that your ideas and visions are conveyed to the vendors to ensure that everything for your day is the way you want it to look and feel.


Q: Did you start your business from scratch or did you buy a business already setup?

A:
From scratch.  I just started this business because many people think that this is what my “calling” is.  For example, this website shows my creativity and love of challenges!  I love creativity and thank God that I am blessed with it!


Q: Do you personally attend every occasion?

AI work on an “as-needed” basis.  Whether my clients just need advice on that day or require me there, I cater to them.  I like to make sure their day goes as smoothly as possible.

 


Q: How many hours are you on site the day of the occasion?


A
: However long you need me! If you would like me there all day to make sure everything run smoother, then I will be more than happy to!

 


Q: Do you help with setup and tear down?


A:
Sure do!  We like to be involved 110% from the beginning to end, no matter what the occasion! By being involved in everything there is less confusion and a smaller margin for error.


Q:Name five adjectives which describe me!

A: First and foremost, I am very sociable.  I enjoy interacting with strangers and learning who they are and what they are about.  Second, I am charismatic (or so I have been told)!  People enjoy my company and I am easy to get along with.   Third, is hospitable.  I make sure that everyone is having a great time, if they need anything and to make sure that they are comfortable!  Fourth, I am a perfectionist.  When it comes to my work, every detail is meticulously thought out and designed.  Last but not least, I am appreciative!  I love being creative and I believe that there is nothing better in the world then loving what you do and making other people happy because of it!
